Strawberry Oat Crumble

This easy Strawberry Oat Crumble comes together in your U-Konserve container—no mixing bowls, no mess. With juicy strawberries, a golden oat topping, and just a handful of pantry staples, it’s the perfect small-batch dessert for sunny days, cozy nights, or whenever you’re craving something warm and fruity. Bonus: it bakes right in your 25oz rectangle, making cleanup a breeze.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 Tbsp freeze dried strawberries (optional)
- 1 U-Konserve Rectangle 25oz
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Combine oats, flour, sugar, oil, and water in your U-Konserve Rectangle. Mix until it becomes the texture of damp sand.
- Save 1/3 of the oat mixture in a separate bowl.

Tamp down the rest of the oat mixture (firm but not solid). Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Layer strawberries on top of the oats.
- Top strawberries with the remaining oat mixture. Sprinkle with freeze dried strawberries(optional), and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy! If you have any leftovers, let it cool, cover it in the lid and place it in the fridge to keep it fresh!
