Strawberry Oat Crumble

This easy Strawberry Oat Crumble comes together in your U-Konserve container—no mixing bowls, no mess. With juicy strawberries, a golden oat topping, and just a handful of pantry staples, it’s the perfect small-batch dessert for sunny days, cozy nights, or whenever you’re craving something warm and fruity. Bonus: it bakes right in your 25oz rectangle, making cleanup a breeze.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • 2 Tbsp freeze dried strawberries (optional)
  • 1 U-Konserve Rectangle 25oz

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Combine oats, flour, sugar, oil, and water in your U-Konserve Rectangle. Mix until it becomes the texture of damp sand.
  3. Save 1/3 of the oat mixture in a separate bowl.
  4. Tamp down the rest of the oat mixture (firm but not solid). Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven. Layer strawberries on top of the oats.
  6. Top strawberries with the remaining oat mixture. Sprinkle with freeze dried strawberries(optional), and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and enjoy! If you have any leftovers, let it cool, cover it in the lid and place it in the fridge to keep it fresh!
