Flaky, golden puff pastry wrapped around tender cinnamon-spiced apples...these Baked Apple Blossoms are as beautiful as they are delicious. Simple to make but impressive to serve, they’re perfect for a sweet snack, dessert, or even a brunch table centerpiece. Baking them in your BounceBox keeps everything neat and make serving and storage so easy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1–2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: sugar for sprinkling

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven according to puff pastry package directions.
  2. Thinly slice the apple and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in cinnamon.
  4. Cut puff pastry into ½-inch strips.
  5. Spread the cinnamon-butter mixture over each pastry strip.
  6. Layer apple slices along one side of each strip, overlapping slightly.
  7. Fold the other side of the pastry up over the apples and roll tightly to form a rose/flower shape.
  8. Arrange the blossoms in your BounceBox.
  9. Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until puff pastry is golden brown.
  10. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with extra cinnamon or sugar before serving.
