Whether you're lounging poolside, heading to a backyard barbecue, or packing a picnic, this quick and easy pickle dip is the cool, creamy companion you didn’t know you needed. It’s also a great way to finally use up that jar of pickles that’s been hanging out in your fridge for a little too long.

This dip is made with just a few fresh ingredients. Scoop it up with sliced veggies, crackers, or spread it on sandwiches for a tangy twist.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup finely chopped pickles (any kind you like!)
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely minced or grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or more to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped pickles, garlic, dill, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed (some pickles are salty enough on their own!).
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 15–30 minutes to let the flavors mingle.
  5. Serve with fresh-cut veggies, crackers, pretzels, or in your favorite reusable U-Konserve container for on-the-go dipping.
