Ingredients:
- 20oz BounceBox Round
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325° F
- In your BounceBox whisk pumpkin, brown sugar, oil, and egg until smooth
- Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt. Fold/whisk until fully combined
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
