Regular online orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped within 3-5 business days; expedited shipping orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please note, USPS is experiencing operational delays and your order may arrive later than expected despite selecting an expedited shipping option. If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame suggested by USPS, please contact USPS directly for assistance. Green Sprouts is not responsible for replacing orders if the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete. We offer free USPS Ground Shipping on orders $50+ in the continental US. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, AFO/FPO, and US territories. We offer regular shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, AFO/FPO, and US territories through USPS, UPS, and FedEx (where available). Customers shipping to Canada are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges assessed upon delivery. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges collected by U-Konserve.
